Models

October 24th, 2011 by Kurtis

Nope , not the tall, dark, sculpted dudes or the typically leggy, beautiful, pucker-lipped women. The models I follow are ocean swell models.
Usually I only follow one forecast model for planning my surf time. Buoyweather rarely fails me. But this marathon surfing attempt forced me to analize everything. So I went to Magic Seaweed for support. After experiencing the ease that the MS interface provided I became lazy and forgot to check back with Buoyweather. I realized today that the two models gave me slightly different info for the surf this week. I followed the wrong model for the last two days and got myself into a tough spot with the marathon start time. Just for grins I posted the two models. Surfers will know Tuesday, Oct. 25 which is more accurate.
